Yeah, well, another 6 months gone by. I'm down to 189lbs (from originally 400+). Wearing 32 waist (and probably could use 30) pants. Originally 54 and they were tight. She's down to 175 or so, from a little over 300. It's been awesome. :) One thi… more »
